PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

BLEND:
– 80% Grenache
– 20% Mourvèdre

APPELLATION:
Châteauneuf-du-Pape

VINIFICATION:
Intra-plot selection. Manual harvest in small crates. Sorting on the table before and after destemming by 5 qualified people. Pre-fermentation maceration for 4 to 8 days at 8°C. Fully manual punching. Vinification by separate grape varieties. 3 pumpings per day. 18 months demi-muid and lightning.

TASTING COMMENT:
This wine will seduce you with its woody and black fruit notes. There is a nice balance between the freshness of the fruit and its acidity. A deep red color is visible to the eye.

Enjoy on the barbecue with red meat, game, or lamb.
