“This sparkling releases fruity peach and apricot aromas on the nose. The wine
shows soft and pleasant palate. The bouquet is really full body and bubbles are
smooth.”

This organic sparkling wine from Burgundy  is made using the Charmat method , in which bubbles are created through second fermentation in stainless steel tanks , instead of in the bottle, as in the traditional Champagne method. The result is a sparkling wine, which also bears the name of the founder of the winery, delicious, with fine bubbles and very fresh.
