Rudi Rüttger Riesling Reserve Auslese Trocken 2020

Rudi Rüttger’s Riesling Réserve is made from grapes
grown in our oldest vineyards that are 45 to 60 years
old. For a reason: The very old vines don’t carry many
grapes, plus: they root deep. That alone is creating highly
concentrated grapes. They’ll also always be the latest
Riesling-Grapes we would harvest, to get the longest
ripening-time as possible. We would then vinificate them
partly in Oak-Barrels and let them age there for another
year before bottling.
It is a rich, full-bodied, ripe Riesling-Type, that’s great to
enjoy now but should age very well for many years.
